How Spirit Guides Can Help You Create Your Future
The winter months have been full of challenges and struggles for many of us. Or rather, “opportunities for expansion”, as I call them with my Clients and Students. Only, for me, they didn’t FEEL like opportunities at the time…I definitely had to focus on making good choices and keeping my energy as high as I could with guided meditations, journeys, and Light Body channeling sessions with my Spirit Guides, Orin & DaBen.
I knew that if I were to spend any time worrying about the circumstances, instead of raising my energy, things would definitely spiral out of control.Hypnotherapy has become an interest of mine and as I struggled to maintain positive thoughts in the face of the difficult circumstances, I reached out to June Becker, of Journey’s Holistic Therapy Group. June got me all cozy on her couch and put on some gentle music. I felt safe as I explored what was “underneath” the challenging events. During hypnosis I perceived myself as being on a hamster wheel, spinning as fast as I could to stay ahead of the lower vibrational circumstances.
The magic of June’s gift of healing allowed me to see that I have been responding to the emotions of others. Through several snaps of her fingers above my head, she broke the connections to the emotions surrounding the situation I was dealing with and I imagined myself being set free.What?! “Hold on”, I said, feeling the release of emotions through tears. “That is not my hamster wheel”. I was feeling the strain of other people’s emotions and energy. I envisioned myself stepping off the hamster wheel and standing STILL. I watched the hamster wheel continue to spin which now represented the feelings, emotions, and drama of other people in my life. Now as the Observer,
I did not want to be on that hamster wheel any longer!During the hypnosis session, I realized that I was actually doing pretty good with my spiritual practices, the support of my friends, and Spirit Guides. So many wonderful things had been happening that I had overlooked the miracles because of my worry and upset.As a result of doing Light Body work the past few months, I have accepted a new position within my company, received a raise, hired a property management company for my real estate investments, and my relationship with my boyfriend has improved as we focused on optimal healthy choices and Crystal Chakra Healing sessions.
As I wrapped up my hypnotherapy session with June, we invented the possibility that I could bring my energy work and Light Body vibrational practice to the conversations surrounding the difficult circumstance. I realized that, who I can be, in those situations, is my choice. I began to re-invent myself.Instead of being upset and stressed, I now choose to be happy and full of joy.
The moment I sense any anxiety, I’ve been saying, “Not my hamster wheel” and choosing to bring through images of the Sun, Light Energy, and self-exciting vibrations as part of my spiritual practice.Several days after the hypnosis session, I found myself in a completely different vibration. A consult with an attorney revealed that my situation, although not completely resolved, was indeed coming to an end with optimal closure.
I thought it funny that before my Uber arrived to take me home from the attorney’s office, I got a Facebook Message from June with two hamsters on a wheel, one running frantically and one barely hanging on. It made me laugh!
Since then, my property manager found me a new tenant and they moved in this past weekend.One of our Spirit Circle Members, reached out to me and showed me a place in Virginia that may be perfect to hold our future Spirit Circles. She and I had dinner one-night last week and many new ideas are coming through.And the most wonderful news, recent diagnostic tests found that my boyfriend, who had been participating in a clinical trial for leukemia, is now cancer free and in good health. With my challenges and “opportunities for expansion” behind me, I am now re-energized to resume our Beginner Spiritual Development Circles and we have several new events on the books!Our Psychic Intuitive series continues on Monday nights with our next Online Spirit Circle.

How to Change the Wider World – Channeled Wisdom with Love
This week’s Spirit Circles moved many of us to view ourselves and our planet in a whole new light. The visits to MD and VA by Tracey Farquhar and Frank were “other worldly” and benevolent in nature with their kindness and love.
We talked about beings from other planets and how they communicate with us. How they view our world in awe and wonder as to the beauty of the Earth and how her vibrational frequency continues to change and ascend as higher realms of consciousness come into awareness of our thoughts and actions have ripple effects throughout the Universe.
Those women who received personal Mediumship readings during our Spirit Gallery were moved to tears as we all were when loved ones came through with encouragement, wisdom, and healing for those of us still on this plane of existence.
Tracey spent two evenings, one at Journey’s Holistic Therapy Group in Charlotte Hall MD, and one at the Courtyard Marriott in Alexandria VA. My “Take Away” from the weekend was how I look out upon the world and see things I do not like.
The benevolent collective entities that call themselves “Frank” inspired us to create change within ourselves first when we feel helpless to create change in the wider world. “Ask yourself, how can I create the change within myself first. Because it is that energetic shift that will lend it’s energy to the shift in the wider world”.
“And without those challenges, you would not be inspired to speak the truth. We are not inspired to change until we are forced to face what is unacceptable to us. And so, it is not the unacceptable thing that is wrong, it is the complacency that allows those things to occur.”
Many other expansive thoughts and ideas came through from Frank for us to ponder. The energy of both the channeling session and Spirit Gallery to follow left us moved, touched, and inspired to continue to explore these higher vibrations of conscious awareness for ourselves and our lives.

Discovery of Spiritual Library in Washington DC
Due to a series of serendipitous events, I found myself in an historic library in Washington DC, overflowing with all kinds literature of the metaphysical and spiritual kind. Everything from Buddhism to Christianity, bibliographies of Gandhi, the Dalai Lama, Martin Luther King, books on Mormons and Quakers, Unitarian and Taoism. I found a copy of the Quran in the same room as the Bible and many other religious writings. Rows and rows of spiritual books! I was in heaven.This was not our intended room, for I had reserved another. I hadn’t seen this room before however, I felt a swelling of energy as though the books themselves were welcoming me. “I don’t think this is the room I reserved”, I said to Tom the caretaker of the evening. “Oh, yes!” he said, this is where I was told you would be. “Okay” I exclaimed, “It’s absolutely adorable and it will do just fine”. They say there are no accidents and more and more the interesting unfolding of events in my life have taught me not to question the magic of things as of late. It’s as if there is a grander plan and I am but an instrument of Divine Love and Intelligence.
My two Guests, Tsion and Emiliano, were a delight to spend the evening with and we carried on into the night about the spiritual gifts we have and the power of our thoughts and beliefs. How interesting that from the far corners of the world, Ethiopia, Italy and Alexandria, we would find ourselves in Washington DC, sharing stories of our ancestors, divination tools, psychic gifts and the changing of the times.It was truly a delightful evening, for strangers we were not. It was as if we had known each other for years and our paths had crossed yet again on a journey towards spiritual enlightenment. I hope they learned something new about themselves and enjoyed the evening as much as I did. My biggest takeaway was the allowing of things to happen just as they did and that the cozy Library Room at Friends of Washington was the perfect setting for our many spiritual stories.It would take me a couple hours to “come down” from our inspiring evening as I look back on this special night, my first of many in Washington DC, and I look forward to seeing my new friends in Spirit Circles again soon.
